- Technical desk: connects the Customer with the qualified specialist according to requirements
- Customer care: acts on the malfunctioning of the system, start -up, move and change units.
- Software service: interfaces software with OEM or end users, organize, co-ordinate start-up and Logical Control System (LCS)
