simple to be used - can solve every nowadays problem and can be modified
following different needs in the future
The whole system is made from:
A) Fusion unit for granular thermoplastic adhesives with a volumetric dosing pump, electrically drived, which assure a continuous flow without stoppages of the adhesive
B) low pression macro melt unit with:
- manual device to open/close the mould
- manual chargement/dischargement of the mould
C) Flexible heated hose (dia. 10mm, Length 3.mt, exercise Temperature 250°C, Pression: 120bar)
D)Automatic injection Head with heated nozzle
These systems is particularly suitable for small and medium series production. Different moulds are interchangeable with a simple and quick device in order to allow the production of more articles on the same application, saving money and time.
