GUNS - They are the controlled device for distributing the melted adhesive, made of a body and a module, the working temperature range goes from 40°C to 245°C. The new range of guns, interchangeable with other existing systems, is technologically advanced and market leader for compactness, reliability, performances, filtration system, safety, easy maintenance, long life and costs. There are various configurations available: with or without solenoid valve, with or without filter, waterproof type, where lines has to be washed after use (these guns will be coupled with waterproof hoses). The range is completed with guns for PUR coating, Butyl and Thixotropic applications. Our technical department is at your disposal for tailor-made applications.

NOZZLES - These are the final components for the distribution of melted adhesive. According to the number and the diameter of the orifice, it is possible to fix the quantity and type of melted adhesive application. Available in different versions, they meet any application requirements both for Eva adhesive or for Butyl applications, Thixotropic, Polyurethane coating. Tailored-made nozzles can be designed and manufactured by our technical department. Special attention has to be paid to "zero cavity" nozzles, which have the advantages of being small and can crush char in the nozzle to provide a fine application in the nozzle with greatly reduced "tail-off". By keeping nozzles close to substrate to be glued accuracy is increased and "angel hair" reduced.
