These components transfer the pressurized melted adhesive from the tank to the guns. Hoses and machines are electrically joint by means of quick connectors, hydraulically by straight or angular nipples.

The PTFE hydraulic hose, where the melted adhesive flows, is externally reinforced by a stainless steel braid; heat his generated by a resistance-type heating wire spirally wrapped, insulation is provided by a fibreglass sheath. Temperature of melted adhesive is monitored and controlled by a PT 100 probe and kept constant by quality insulation, the whole system is externally protected by a nylon braid.

- Waterproof hoses are fitted with an external tubular water resistant covering as well as connectors.

Our hoses are produced in conformity with the safety requirements scheduled by the Low Tension CEE Directive 73/23, EN 563 regulation and have Tüv approval.
